Open to students grades 7 - 12, New Mexico Leadership Conference is full of opportunities to grow as a leaders. This weekend conference is full of workshops from past and current state officers, allowing members to engage in an  interactive stetting to learn skills that can be used in this chapters, communities, and daily lives.

  • Must be out of high school.  
  • Must enjoy working with youth to see lives changed.
  • Must have outstanding work ethic. 
  • Must exhibit high moral character.
  • Must thrive in a team atmosphere.
  • Must have the maturity to handle NMLC stress.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Must want to grow and be stretched.
